Problem with the products received:

Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you experience the above problems, please contact us immediately at service@elegior.com.

Please ship the package to the designated address provided by the after sales staff. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide a partial refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

Size:

To reduce the possibility of disputes, please take clear photographs of the items while placed on the ground and place a ruler or measuring tape to measure out the differently sized part. The photos should then be submitted to the after sales team. We will provide a reply to your problems as soon as possible. Normally it will take 2-3 business days. Please note the following RMA criteria relating to size differences: Custom made item: Deviation from the original size by over 2CM; Not custom made item: Deviation from the original size by over 3CM. Please ship the package to the address provided by the after sales team. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address, and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if the customer service staff have authorized the return.

FAQ: Why can’t I get the full refund?

Answer: Even if we provide free shipping world, shipping fee also arise when we ship your parcel. We don’t charge our customer the shipping fee but the post office or the Express Company will charge us the fee. As you can compare, items in our store are at their lowest price with the decent quality, if you return or exchange the parcel, negative profit will arise.
